The artist spoke Nermin Al-Feki About her participation in the series Sons of the Shepherd, starring the artist Majed Al-Masry, alongside an elite group of artists, produced and written by Raymond Makar and directed by Mahmoud Kamel, which is scheduled to be shown on the screens of the United Media Services Company in Ramadan 2026.
Nermin El-Feki said in a phone call on the Last Word program with journalist Ahmed Salem on ON channel, that the role she plays in the series is completely different from what she played before, and it represents a change in her skin.

Nermin El-Feki added that every scene in the series is presented as if it were a real acting match without any exaggeration, stressing that the role represents a different shift in her artistic career, saying: My role in Sons of the Shepherd is completely different, and I have never presented this character before. Any actor always hopes to present something new, and this year I am truly presenting a different experience at all levels.
Nermin El-Feki expressed her happiness in collaborating again with Raymond Makar, noting that they had previously brought together the Jabal El-Halal series, and added: When I sat with Raymond, he told me that you must play this role and change your skin completely, and this is what encouraged me very much.
Regarding Raymond Makar’s experience in writing this time, Nermin El-Feki explained: The producer may be involved in the details without remaining apparent, but this time Raymond is clearly visible, and he did a very nice job, and the dramatic lines are done precisely, and the events escalate episode after episode, and there is no episode without suspense… and while reading you feel that you are living the story, and from the first episode I was amazed by the intensity of the events and suspense.
She concluded her speech by praising the work atmosphere and his team, saying: I am very happy to cooperate with United and with Raymond Makar, the work is all with love, even though the filming hours are long and tiring, and the director Mahmoud Kamel is very calm and his voice is not loud, the director of photography is a little distinguished, the lighting is calm and appropriate, and we are waiting for the audience to see different work over the course of 30 episodes.
