Club continues Zamalek Working to secure his future through a clear policy based on extending and modifying the contracts of his young players, within the framework of preserving the promising elements within the first team.
Zamalek secures its future by extending and amending the contracts of its young players
The club management seeks to appreciate the efforts of the young players who have performed at a distinguished level during the past period, by improving the financial compensation and extending the contract periods, in a way that guarantees the technical stability of the White Castle for years to come.
The Zamalek club decided to extend and amend the contracts of Mohamed Ibrahim and Ahmed Al-Khodary, the duo of the youth team, in addition to signing a new contract with Mr. Osama.
Zamalek had previously decided to conclude new contracts for Anas Wael and Youssef El French, the duo of the 2005 team.
This step comes to prevent the departure of talents for free and protect the team from the temptations of other clubs, in addition to giving the players confidence and motivation to continue to shine, in light of the financial crisis that struck the White Castle and caused difficulty in concluding new deals.
This trend reflects Zamalek’s desire to build a strong team in the long term, relying on young elements capable of competing and achieving championships in the future.
Promoting young players and giving them confidence is a real opportunity to compensate for the shortage in some positions without placing additional financial burdens on the club’s treasury.
This trend is welcomed within the club, in light of the conviction that investing in young talent represents the ideal solution to overcome the current crises and build a strong base for the first team.
Zamalek officials hope that this policy will contribute to restoring technical stability and creating a new generation capable of taking on the responsibility of the white shirt and competing in all tournaments in the coming years.
