Mohamed Shukri, the left back of the team, seeks Al-AhlyTo return to reserve his seat in the starting lineup of the Red Team, during the coming period, accompanied by Danish Jes Torop, the coach of the Red Team.
Mohamed Shukri stayed away from participating mainly with Al-Ahly in light of the successive injuries he suffered since joining the ranks of Al-Ahly during the last summer transfer period.
Shukri wants to take advantage of the upcoming League Cup matches, and participate with Al-Ahmar, in order to confirm his readiness to return again to the team’s starting lineup with the return of the Premier League competitions.
The League Cup matches are considered a great opportunity for Shukri to participate continuously with Al-Ahmar and prove his abilities to the Danish coach so that he can gain his confidence in relying on him mainly in the future.
Since Mohamed Shoukry came to Al-Ahly last summer from Ceramica Cleopatra, he has participated with Al-Ahly in only 6 matches, only 2 of which were mainly, while the other 4 matches were as a substitute for several minutes.
Shukri recently returned from the long injury he suffered with the Red Team last November, with a first-degree strain on the calf muscle, before returning to participate as a substitute during Al-Ahly’s last match against the Royal Moroccan Army in the African Champions League last month.

Al-Ahly is scheduled to return to its matches, with its match against its counterpart Enppi in the first round of the group stage of the League Cup Championship at eight o’clock in the evening next Thursday.
