Mohamed Bilal, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, confirmed Smouha The newly elected team said that the current stage requires focusing on the stability of the first football team, stressing that the club will not give up any influential player during the current season.
He explained that preserving the basic elements is a necessary step to ensure continued strong competition in the league.
No signings in January transfers
Bilal indicated, in statements to the Number One program with journalist Mohamed Shabana on CBC, that the club will not conclude any deals during the upcoming winter transfer period, whether in football or other sports.
He confirmed that Smouha will complete the season with the current rosters without any changes.
The approach of working silently and building Smouha as a global brand
Smouha’s president added that he prefers to work away from the limelight, saying: “I speak little, and my goal is for Smouha to become an international brand.” He explained that the new management is working to study every game within the club, stressing that the fruits of these efforts will appear clearly within two years.
Getting rid of debts without burdening members
Bilal stressed that addressing the accumulated debts is the top priority of the Board of Directors, in parallel with implementing new development projects, while ensuring that no fees or financial burdens are imposed on club members.
He stressed that the administration is committed to settling the debts in full in order to preserve financial stability.
A new marketing plan and branch expansion
The club president revealed the formation of a specialized marketing team with the aim of promoting the memberships of the Smouha branch in Burj Al Arab, in addition to the intention to establish a new branch outside Alexandria Governorate, as part of the future expansion plan aimed at increasing the club’s spread.
Distribute tasks at the next meeting
Bilal concluded his statements by noting that the next Board of Directors meeting will witness the distribution of tasks and files to the members, in preparation for the start of the actual work phase in developing the club at all levels.
