Dr. Hisham Abu Zeid, Deputy Governor of Luxor, announced the opening of registration for the distinguished training program “Elements of AI for Business”, within the framework of the regional initiative “Tech Pathways MENA”.
An international partnership to qualify young cadres
This announcement comes in implementation of the directives of Engineer Abdel Muttalib Emara, Governor of Luxor, and is consistent with the vision of the political leadership to focus on the axes of digital transformation and modern technology as basic pillars of development.
Abu Zeid explained that the program is launched through the efforts of the governorate’s Employment Committee, and through a strategic partnership with the Data Nag Khamis Association, the EITESAL Association, and the Village Capital Foundation, with direct support from the charitable arm of Google, Google.org.
The program mainly aims to bridge the digital gap and provide Luxor’s youth with artificial intelligence skills and its practical applications in the business environment.

The program provides trainees with extensive practical experience in using modern artificial intelligence tools, giving them a competitive advantage in the labor market.
Participants receive accredited certificates that enhance their resume, in addition to a rare opportunity to communicate with a network of technical experts and entrepreneurs.
The Deputy Governor stressed that this initiative is part of the governorate’s strategy to empower youth and open non-traditional career prospects for them.
Target groups and camp date
The training camp is scheduled to be held in Luxor for three days during the month of December 2025. The program aims to attract between 40 to 100 young men and women from final-year students, recent graduates, employees, and entrepreneurs residing in the governorate.
Abu Zaid stressed that priority will be given to registration and commitment, calling on those wishing to register via the designated electronic link, or inquire via the announced telephone, to seize this free educational opportunity.
This program is a pioneering step in the field of artificial intelligence in Egypt, as it focuses on training young people and qualifying them for the digital labor market.
This initiative in Luxor Governorate comes with support from Google to enhance entrepreneurship and technology skills among new generations.
