The administration explained in its daily bulletin that: Today’s weather in Kuwait During the daylight hours, it will be unstable and tend to be cold, with cloudy to partly cloudy skies, as winds will be moderate to active northwesterly, sometimes strong, ranging from 20 to 65 kilometers per hour. The administration warned that these winds will cause dust, with a chance of scattered rain, sometimes thunderous, which requires drivers to be extremely careful on the roads, reduce speed, and adhere to safety distances.
