Engineer Ahmed Abdel-Jaber Abdel-Lalah, head of the New Beni Suef City Authority, confirmed that the agency will not allow any piece of land in the city to be trespassed unlawfully and will strike with an iron fist anyone who dares to trespass on state lands out of respect for the law and the rules regulating that, in order to preserve public money and respect the prestige of the state.
This came in the context of the launch by the New Beni Suef City Authority, under the supervision and direction of Engineer Ahmed Abdel Jaber Abdel-Lah, of a massive campaign by the city agency in cooperation with the city’s Urban Police Department and the Security and Neighborhoods Department to remove all encroachments on the plot of land owned by the New Urban Communities Authority on an area (50 acres) in the fourteenth residential district of the city, and the entire area of the encroached plot of land has been recovered.
An official report was made to implement the removal of the encroachments and legal measures were taken against the trespassers on the plot of land.
This came in light of the implementation of the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, to remove all violations and encroachments occurring within the new cities.
