The Supply Directorate was launched in the governorate Assiut Its external administration is conducting intensive ration campaigns throughout the governorate, within the framework of the directives of Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor of Assiut, to intensify ration campaigns in various parts of the governorate, and under the leadership of Engineer Khaled Mohamed Ahmed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, and to tighten supervision over all ration establishments, monitor markets, and control price manipulation.

Intensive food campaigns

Campaigns in the field of markets resulted in the seizure of a gas station for illegally disposing of 10,435 liters of diesel, and the seizure of 36 kilograms of meat and liver unfit for human consumption, expired food commodities and soft drinks, 5 tons of animal feed inside a facility operating without a license in the Abnoub Center, 5 tons of poultry feed without invoices, 2 tons of roughage without invoices, 11 cartons of livestock salts without invoices, and 3 cartons. Livestock yeast without invoices, 2 cartons of anti-venom for animal poisons without invoices, 500 kilograms of fine flour without invoices.

2 minutes were issued for gas warehouses for disposing of 100 gas cylinders, 3 records were issued for closing butane warehouses, 9 records were issued for not announcing the prices of gas cylinders, 2 records were issued for selling butane cylinders at more than the price, 17 records were issued for selling cigarettes at more than the price, 4 records were issued for operating an establishment without a license, 34 records were issued for not announcing prices for shops and cafes. For restaurants and shops, 7 reports were issued for not holding health certificates.

In the field of bakeries, 415 reports were issued for municipal bakeries, which included reports of lack of weight and specifications, lack of cleanliness, lack of an advertising data board, partial stoppage, lack of a scale, disposal of quantities of flour, and failure to give cash to citizens.
