The elderly woman in Sharqiya, whose daughter was assaulted, gave her statements to the investigating authorities regarding that incident, commenting: I will not leave here except when my daughter comes out.

The elderly Sharqiya woman said that she forgave her daughter and wanted her to leave, because she cared for her, and had she not been with her, her foot would have been amputated, noting that she would constantly provide her with food and help her get dressed.
Earlier, the brother of the woman accused of assaulting her mother, Musana al-Sharqiya, said that their lives were destroyed because of the incident, and they were suspended from their work, in addition to divorces occurring in the family.
The accused’s brother added in exclusive statements to Cairo 24: The video was fabricated, and whoever published it wants to take revenge on his sister, and she did not do what was mentioned about his mother.
He added that his sister was wronged and did not intend to attack his mother, and her goal was to prevent her from leaving the house out of fear for her, demanding that she be released.
