The investigation authorities in Al-Sharqiya Governorate decided to detain those accused of killing Mr. M.A. for 4 days pending investigations, taking into account their renewal within the legal deadlines. They were also mandated to quickly complete the investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident.
The details of the incident are due to the security services receiving a report that the body of a person was found in the village of Harbit, affiliated with the Abu Kabir center in Sharkia Governorate, under mysterious circumstances.
Immediately, a security force moved to the report site, a security cordon was imposed, and criminal investigation teams began conducting investigations, gathering information, questioning eyewitnesses, and examining the victim’s relationships.
Investigations revealed that the victim’s son’s wife was behind the crime, along with his 20-year-old grandson.
By codifying the procedures, the accused were arrested, and when they were confronted with the results of the investigations, they admitted to committing the incident and were taken to represent the crime before the investigating authorities.
