The village of Al-Ragama West, in the center of Kom Ombo, north of the governorate, witnessed AswanThis Friday evening, a person was killed, at the hands of his cousin, using a white weapon during an altercation between them, which led to his immediate death, and his body was immediately deposited in the morgue at the disposal of the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal measures regarding the incident.
The details come back when the concerned authorities in the Kom Ombo Center, north of Aswan Governorate, received notification that a person had been killed at the hands of his cousin during the celebration of his daughter’s recovery feast, in the village of Al-Ragama West, affiliated with the Center’s district.
The security authorities moved to the scene of the accident to inspect it and take the necessary legal measures regarding the incident.
Family disputes
In preliminary investigations, it was found that during the celebration of his daughter’s healing feast, the “aqeeqat al-shifa,” family disputes arose between the victim and his cousin, and the dispute between them escalated until his cousin’s son stabbed him with a white weapon, a “knife,” and stabbed him through the window, leading to his death.
An ambulance was dispatched and the body was transported to the Kom Ombo public morgue, at the disposal of the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal measures.
The necessary report was prepared regarding the incident and the Public Prosecution was notified to begin its investigations into it.
