The Control Department of the Supply Directorate seized control In Alexandria A refrigerator contains expired meat, as well as poultry and meat processors of unknown origin, as part of a campaign to ensure the health and safety of what reaches the consumer.
Details of a ration campaign to control markets in Alexandria
300 kg of expired meat, 120 kg of chicken of unknown origin, and 100 kg of processed meat of unknown origin were also seized and confiscated, and all legal measures were taken regarding these violations.
This was headed by Dr. Abdullah Othman, Director of the Administration, and his work team, Ahmed Shukri, Mahmoud Rashid, Inspectors of the Administration, and Marwan Al-Ashmawy.
This comes within the instructions and directives of Engineer Gamal Ammar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade in Alexandria, to continue campaigns, follow-up and control the markets, and ensure the safety and quality of what reaches the consumer.
