The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the opening date for the registration website for the high school certificate exams for the academic year 2025/2026.
The Ministry explained that registration begins today, Sunday, January 11, 2026, and continues until Thursday, February 5, 2026, through the website designated for registration.
Students are required to register using the unified school email, through the registration link: https://moe-register.emis.gov.eg/login.
The Ministry called on students to adhere to the specified deadlines and carefully review their data before approving the electronic form.
Entry fees for the secondary school exams for the third time
Earlier, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the fees imposed on high school students applying to take exams for the 2025/2026 academic year, in implementation of Ministerial Resolution No. 162 of 2024 and instructions issued by the Fund for Support, Financing, Management and Construction of Educational Projects.
The Ministry explained that a student applying for the first or second time pays a basic fee of 200 pounds, in addition to an additional 10 pounds, bringing the total to 210 pounds, for exam materials and supplies.
As for students taking the exam for the third or fourth time, they pay an additional fee of 210 pounds in addition to the basic fees, bringing the total fees to 410 pounds. They are also charged 108 pounds for printing the cardboard pass form after the result is announced.
The Ministry indicated that electronic registration for the examination application form will begin on Sunday via the general certificates platform, and will continue until next February 5, stressing the necessity of carefully reviewing the data before approving the form to avoid any problems that may hinder students from entering the examinations.
