The Directorate of Health Affairs in the Governorate announced LuxorIts success in achieving a 100% completion rate in dealing with all complaints and reports received through the unified government complaints system during the year 2025.
Advanced rates for the health of Luxor
This comes as a culmination of the efforts of the work teams and implementation of the Ministry of Health and Population’s strategy aimed at enhancing effective communication with citizens.
Record performance rates and response speed
Dr. Ahmed Abu Al-Atta, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Luxor, confirmed that the directorate dealt very seriously with 450 complaints and reports received by the system over the past year, and all of them were decided upon and the necessary corrective measures were taken at the appropriate times.
He explained that this rate reflects the directorate’s commitment to the instructions of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, and the directives of Engineer Abdel Muttalib Amara, Governor of Luxor, on the necessity of putting the citizen at the top of priorities.
He pointed out that the Directorate is not satisfied with office solutions, but rather intensifies continuous field visits to ensure that the causes of complaints are removed and to ensure that they are not repeated, with close follow-up by the Citizen Service Department of the Ministry and the Directorate.
Communication channels available to citizens
In a related context, Luxor Health Department appealed to citizens not to hesitate to submit their comments or complaints through the official channels of the unified government complaints system that operates 24 hours a day, in order to guarantee their right to decent medical service.
The Directorate confirms that this system comes in implementation of the decisions of the Presidency of the Republic and the Prime Minister to enhance transparency and raise user satisfaction rates with health services.
