Twenty-year-old Alaa Mkh, a sad villager, did not imagine that his departure late on Tuesday evening would be the last trip of his life.

Alaa worked in a gold shop in the city of Ibshway, and was known among his family and friends for his good manners and chivalry.

Chivalry ended in a crime… Details of the killing of a young man defending his cousin in Ibshway

At exactly 11:30 p.m., three young men stopped a tuk-tuk driven by the victim’s cousin, who was a minor, under the pretext of taking them to one of the nearby villages. Because of their suspicious appearance, the driver initially refused to leave the city onto a dark and distant road, for fear of being betrayed. However, Alaa decided to accompany his cousin, reassuring him and out of concern for his safety, without knowing that this decision would cost him his life.

In the middle of the road, the main accused, called A.H., known as “Al-Lul,” 21 years old, from an estate in the Ibshway Center, and who has previous criminal information, took out a white weapon and began to intimidate the tuk-tuk driver and try to seize him, with the help of Z.S., 16 years old, and A.A., 17 years old.

When Alaa intervened to defend his young cousin, he received three penetrating stab wounds. One of them penetrated the spleen and reached the heart, and two in the abdomen, causing him to fall drowned in his own blood on the side of the road, while the accused fled.

Major General Ahmed Ezzat, Assistant Minister of Interior, received a security directorate Fayouma notification from Colonel Muhammad Alaa Tawfiq, Commissioner of the Ibshway Police Station, stating that a report had been received from the Rescue Police of a murder incident on the outskirts of the city of Ibshway.

The security services, led by Major Ahmed Sofi, head of investigations at the Ibshway Center, and his assistants, Captains Hossam Abdel Samie and Adham Ashour, moved to the site of the accident, where a security cordon was imposed, investigations were collected, and the itinerary of the accused was traced.

In record time, the security forces were able to arrest the three defendants, take them to the center’s office, and confront them. They confessed to committing the incident.

The victim was transferred to Fayoum University Hospital, where he underwent surgery that lasted approximately four hours, but the severe bleeding and severe injuries were stronger than the doctors’ attempts, and he breathed his last from his wounds.

A report was drawn up regarding the incident, and the Public Prosecution was notified, which began investigations to determine the circumstances of the crime, amidst a state of great sadness that descended upon the people of Ibshway, turning the chivalry of a young man who went out to protect his cousin into an unforgettable story of pain.
