The head of the agency stressed the continuation of monitoring campaigns and periodic follow-up in all neighborhoods and regions of the city, warning violators of the need to immediately return to the original activity, otherwise withdrawal, closure, and utility cut-off measures will be taken.
Engineer Muhammad Abdullah issued a strong warning to all violators who insist on changing the activity assigned to their units.
He stressed that the agency will not hesitate to take the maximum legal penalties against anyone who tampers with the city’s plans and disrupts its residential character.
The head of the agency also stressed that he will not allow any random individual practices to distort the cultural appearance or affect the quality of life of the residents of 6th of October City, and the agency continues its monitoring campaigns around the clock and will not stop until all forms of violations are eliminated.”
A few days ago, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, issued a decision assigning Engineer Mohamed Abdullah Youssef Mahfouz, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, to act as Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and Construction Sector.
