Through its official Facebook account, the Ismaili Club published a message of thanks to the Governor of Ismailia, which included: The Ismaili Club Management Committee extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to the Governor of Ismailia, Major General Akram Jalal, for his continued support for the Ismaili Club, especially his constant support for disbursing the salaries of the club’s employees over the past eight months, with sincere appreciation and respect for him.
Earlier, Muhammad Raif, Chairman of the Club’s Management Committee, confirmed IsmailiThe club places the debt settlement file at its top priority during the current stage, noting that the total debt amounts to about 210 million pounds, which caused the penalty of suspension of registration.
Raif explained in television statements that paying $150,000 dues to former player Carmelo represents an important step within an integrated plan to end the outstanding issues and create the atmosphere for lifting the suspension, stressing that the administration is moving on several paths in parallel to overcome the financial crisis.
Muhammad Raif added that the committee officially declared the football company, in addition to working to restructure the general assembly, after accepting 700 new members, as part of a plan to reorganize the club administratively.
Raif concluded his statements by emphasizing the importance of fans returning to the stands, considering their support an essential element in supporting the team during the coming period.
