The Chamber of Travel and Tourism Companies and Agencies (ETAA) announced the issuance of Circular No. 7 of 2026, regarding the decision of the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, issued at its session held on December 25, 2025, which included approval for the listing Step pyramid of Djoser From the southern entrance and the southern cemetery within the comprehensive ticket for the Saqqara Antiquities Area.

Cairo 24 obtained a copy of the circular, which explained that the decision included setting the new ticket prices as follows:
- Foreign visitor: 1,400 pounds
- Foreign student: 700 pounds
- Egyptian visitor: 120 pounds
- Egyptian student: 60 pounds
