On the second day of the mid-year exams for the academic year 2025/2026, Al-Azhar secondary school transfer students take their exams in 21 Al-Azhar institutes in 4 Al-Azhar administrations, in South Sinai Governorate.
Dr. Ahmed Badir, head of the central administration of the South Sinai Al-Azhari region, told Cairo 24 that the transportation students at Al-Azhari Secondary School are taking the second day of the mid-year exams today, Tuesday, which began yesterday, Monday, and will continue until the third of next January, amid restrictions and warnings preventing the entry of mobile phones into the committees.
Dr. Ahmed Badir confirmed that the Al-Azhar secondary transfer exams are conducted within 21 Al-Azhar institutes, divided into 4 Al-Azhar educational administrations, which are the Tor Sinai Administration, the Dahab Administration, the Ras Sidr Administration, and the St. Catherine Administration. The total number of students who have the right to take the first semester exam is 760 male and female students.
The head of the central administration pointed out that there is complete security between the police and the internal security of the Al-Azhar institutes, to fully secure the question centers, as well as through central surveillance cameras for all question centers at the region level, and to alert the directors of educational departments and general supervisors to carefully follow up on the examination work, in order for every student to obtain their rights undiminished and to prevent any cases of fraud or riot within the committees, with the presence of detection devices through which male and female students are self-searched, and the entry of mobile phones or phones is prevented. Any modern devices that help in cheating or causing riots within the committees.
The students of the first year of secondary school, the Literary Division, take the exams in the Hadith subject on the second day from 9:00 until 10:30, and the psychology exam from 11:00 until 12:30.
Students in the first year of secondary school in the scientific section also take the rhetoric exam from 9:00 to 10:30, and the engineering exam from 11:00 to 12:30.
The students of the second year of secondary school in the Literary Division take the second day’s exam in Hadith from 9:00 until 10:30, and the psychology exam from 11:00 until 12:30. Students in the second year of the Scientific Division also take the Hadith exam from 9:00 until 10:30, and the Morphology exam from 11:00 until 12:30 in the afternoon.
