A court ruled Shubra El Kheima feloniesThe Seventh Circuit imposed a ten-year aggravated imprisonment on a driver, and fined him an amount of 100,000 pounds, after he was convicted of possession of narcotic drugs for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of a white weapon “dagger” without a license, in the Specials Department.

The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Hani Fathi Abbas Mutawa, and the membership of Counselors Ahmed Shehata Hilal, Majed Hosni Fawzi, and Muhammad Saad El-Din Muhammad, and the secretariat of Maher Al-Shoubri.

The facts of the case go back to the Public Prosecution’s referral of the accused, “Mohamed K.”, 24 years old, who works as a driver, in felony No. 11030 of 2025 in particular, registered under No. 2757 of 2025 in South Benha, after he was caught in possession of a narcotic substance of “methamphetamine,” a derivative of phenethylamine, with the intention of trafficking, in cases other than those authorized by law. The accused also possessed a white weapon (dagger) without obtaining a legal license.
