The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the provision of a new opportunity for first-year secondary school students who faced technical difficulties while taking the programming and artificial intelligence exam via the Kerio platform during the first semester exams.
The Ministry explained that the decision to repeat the exam came within the framework of its keenness to ensure… Equal opportunities For all students, especially since the exam is a new experience that was implemented for the first time, as technical malfunctions occurred beyond the control of the students that prevented them from completing the exam on its original date.

The Ministry set a new timetable for re-examination, distributed by governorate, as follows:
January 20: Damietta, North Sinai, Alexandria, Sohag, Qena, Fayoum, Assiut, Gharbia.
January 21: Menoufia, Qalyubia, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Giza, Beni Suef, Minya, Ismailia.
January 22: Cairo, South Sinai, Suez, New Valley, Port Said, Red Sea, Matrouh, Aswan, Luxor, Beheira.
The Ministry confirmed that the re-examination will take place in accordance with the previously announced controls, with a special password used for each group of governorates, to ensure better organization and security of the test.
The Ministry also stressed the need for students to commit to not repeatedly trying to log in or using different devices without supervision, while asking them to inform teachers or mentors immediately if any technical problem occurs, in order to preserve their rights and ensure continuous technical follow-up to prevent recurrence of malfunctions.
