A young man was killed and another was injured in critical condition, a short while ago, in a violent collision between a motorcycle and a pickup truck on the Agamyeen-Abshway agricultural road.
The initial inspection revealed that the collision occurred suddenly due to excessive speed and inattention, which resulted in the death of the cyclist and the serious injury of his companion. The injured person was transferred to Abshway Central Hospital to receive treatment, while the body was transferred to the morgue of the same hospital, and a report was drawn up regarding the incident.
Details of the accident
The security services of the Security Directorate received Fayoum A report was issued by the warden of the Ibshway Police Department stating that the accident had occurred. Ambulances and security forces immediately moved to the scene of the incident, and it was found that a semi-truck and a motorcycle had collided due to the bike driver’s excessive speed, causing the death of the biker and serious injury to another. The injured person was transported to Ibshway Central Hospital, and the body was transferred to the morgue of the same hospital.
A report was drawn up regarding the incident and the competent authorities conducting the investigation were notified.
