The details of the incident date back to when the security services in the Minya Security Directorate received a report from the rescue service stating that a young man in his thirties had been notified of the drowning in Lake Al-Bahnasa in the Beni Mazar district.
Immediately, the security forces moved to the location of the report and discovered that a young man named M. had drowned. 27 years old. The body was recovered and transferred to the hospital morgue at the disposal of the investigating authorities.
A report was prepared, legal measures were taken, and the competent authorities were notified to initiate investigations.
