The mother of the Port Said victim, Fatima Khalil, who was killed in a tragic accident at her fiancé’s family’s home in the village of El-Kab, south of Port Said, revealed new details about her daughter’s murder.

The mother confirmed that a girl named Shahd, the niece of her daughter’s fiancé, came in on the morning of the accident at eight o’clock to wake up her daughter under the pretext of taking her out of the house for a walk.

The victim’s mother added that her daughter asked her fiancé’s niece to leave her to sleep, but the woman invited, Shahd, urged her to go out with her, so she was forced to comply and leave the house.

The grieving mother continued her speech, explaining that after a short time had passed, they were surprised by the return of Shahad, claiming to be extremely exhausted. When asked about the victim, she confirmed that she had entered to continue her sleep.

The mother explained that she sent her daughter’s fiancé’s young brother to make sure her daughter was asleep, and he returned confirming that she was on the bed asleep.

The victim’s mother continued her story, saying that after a while, the wife of her daughter’s fiancé came and asked her to go and make sure that her daughter was asleep, and she returned to confirm the same thing.

The mother added that after a while she went in to wake her daughter, but she found nothing but a pillow and blankets wrapped under the cover to make anyone entering the room believe that her daughter was asleep.

She indicated that she went out screaming, looking for her daughter, and asked those in the house. She also asked her fiancé, who left his room, claiming that he did not know about the matter, and expressed his willingness to search for her.

The victim’s mother added that her daughter’s fiancé soon returned to tell her that her daughter had died, asking her not to go up to see her.

The mother confirmed that she could not control herself and went up to find her daughter lying on the ground, with signs of swelling on her face, and her mobile phone in her hand, which she was holding tightly, and in her mouth there were traces that suggested that she was repeating prayers, so she collapsed, demanding that an ambulance be called.

The mother concluded her speech by saying that the ambulance, upon its arrival, refused to transport the body due to its suspicion of an unnatural death, which was confirmed by the Public Prosecution after it was transported for examination.

The mother of the Port Said victim called for the perpetrators to be quickly arrested and brought to trial to achieve just retribution.

In the same context, the victim’s father revealed exciting details about his daughter’s death, stressing that those who ended her life were not one person but rather more than one person, describing them as a “gang.”

The father of Fatima Khalil, who was killed in her marital home under construction in the village of El-Kab, south of Port Said Governorate, explained that he does not exclude anyone from the family of his daughter’s fiancé from the prosecution, calling for the truth to be quickly revealed, the perpetrators to be caught, and brought to justice.

The father explained his accusations by saying that the initial examination of his daughter’s body, which was conducted at the scene of the incident in the presence of the Public Prosecution, indicated that there was someone who tied her feet, while another person strangled her with the scarf she was wearing, causing her neck injury and a broken neck.

The victim’s father confirmed that his daughter’s physical structure does not suggest that she could be controlled by one person, which, from his point of view, suggests that there are multiple perpetrators.
