Marawan Hamdy, the second striker of the Egyptian national team participating in the Arab Cup, entered into a verbal altercation with Mohamed Al-Sherifi, the Kuwaiti national team player, after the events of the match at Lusail Stadium in the first stage of the Arab Cup championship.

The match between Egypt and Kuwait, which brought together both teams on the floor of Lusail Stadium, ended a short while ago, for the first round of group stage matches in the 2025 Arab Cup in Doha.
A positive 1-1 draw was decided as a result of the match between Egypt and Kuwait in the opening of the third group matches, so that the two teams divided the points of the match, with one point for each.
In this group, each of the two teams scored one point, temporarily sharing the top spot in the group, before the confrontation between the UAE and Jordan, which will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, at exactly seven in the evening, Cairo time, on the field of Al-Bayt Stadium.
