The Directorate of Education in South Sinai Governorate has completed all necessary preparations for the start of the preparatory certificate exams, which are scheduled to begin the day after tomorrow, Saturday, January 17, and will continue until Thursday, January 22, within the framework of… Preparations early to ensure regular conduct of exams and provide the appropriate atmosphere for students.
Adel Atlam, Director of the Directorate of Education in the governorate, stressed the Directorate’s keenness to create a suitable environment for students to perform exams with ease and ease, noting the completion of preparing all exam committees and providing the necessary requirements, with an emphasis on Commitment Complete the instructions and controls regulating the examination process, and take measures that ensure discipline and transparency, and achieve the principle of equal opportunities for all students.
The Director of the Directorate explained that the Directorate’s main operations room works around the clock to follow up on the progress of exams and intervene immediately to deal with any emergency that may affect their regularity, wishing success to all students.
In the same context, Issam Ragab, head of the Secret Printing Press, stated that exams are held using the “Buclet” system, pointing out that the printing of indicative exam forms for all academic subjects has been completed and sent to the various educational departments, in addition to publishing them on the official public relations page, stressing that the exam papers have been carefully reviewed and are distinguished by their print quality.
He added that the number of examination committees at the governorate level is 50, distributed as 11 committees in the city of Al-Tur, 5 committees in Sharm El-Sheikh, St. Catherine, and Nuweiba, 4 committees in the city of Abu Redis, 3 committees in the city of Dahab, 7 committees in the city of Abu Zenima, and 10 committees in the city of Ras Sidr.


For her part, Magda Nawar, Head of the Preparatory Certificate Examinations Management Committee, explained that assignment letters had been delivered to all participants in the examination work, including committee heads, first observers, observers, foremen, administrators, and workers, explaining the start dates for work and the tasks assigned to them.
At the conclusion of the statements, Hassan Ramadan, Head of Preparatory Certificate Control, confirmed that the number of students applying to take the preparatory certificate exams this year reached 3,683 male and female students, who were distributed among 50 examination committees in various cities in South Sinai Governorate.
