The Board of Directors of the Port Said Chamber of Commerce, headed by Mohamed Saada, Secretary General of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce and President of the Chamber, decided Port Said2 million pounds were disbursed to “Solidarity and Karama” members in Port Said, including 1 million pounds as a personal contribution from council members, at 500 pounds per family, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to ensure that support reaches those who deserve it, and to reduce the burden on the Egyptian family during the blessed month of Ramadan.

Mohamed Saada confirmed that the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce decided to direct the amounts allocated for the Welcome Ramadan exhibition, for distribution to Takaful and Karama members in Port Said, by allocating an amount of one million pounds for this goal, in coordination with the Governor of Port Said, the Social Solidarity Directorate, and the Egyptian Post, so that the support reaches those who deserve it, in implementation of the directives of the President of the Republic in this regard, within the framework of a tight system that guarantees transparency, justice, and preserving the dignity of the recipients of financial aid, in addition to delivering it in a timely manner.

2 million pounds to “Solidarity and Dignity” members on the occasion of Ramadan

Saada indicated that he also called on the Board of Directors of the Chamber to personally contribute to this important initiative in conjunction with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan by contributing another million pounds to be distributed under the same controls to “Solidarity and Karama” employees in the governorate, while assigning the Secretary-General of the Chamber to take all necessary legal measures to disburse the prescribed amounts and follow up with the committee formed for that.

He stressed the continuation of the Chamber’s approach to serving the community and implementing the directives of the President of the Republic regarding the provision of support to those who deserve it, stressing that this goes in conjunction with the comprehensive development process the Chamber is witnessing in the services provided to its members, and communication with all concerned parties to meet their demands and solve their problems.
