The local unit of the center and city of Biba launched a large ration campaign on municipal bakeries, in implementation of the mandates of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, within the framework of tightening control over the bread system and ensuring the quality of the loaf and the delivery of support to those who deserve it.
The campaign resulted in the issuance of 16 various catering violations, including 5 reports of underweight, 3 violations for producing bread that did not meet specifications, in addition to a violation for disposing of 5 sacks of fortified flour, a report of a complete cessation of production without permission, and 3 reports for unsanitary dough tools, in addition to a violation for not keeping a record of visits, and another for not announcing operating dates, in addition to a violation for not giving bread to citizens.
The local unit confirmed that the necessary legal measures had been taken against the violators, with an emphasis on the continuation of surprise ration campaigns to control violations, ensure the quality of the loaf of bread, and preserve the rights of citizens.
