The court ruled Competent Today, the driver who killed the little girl, Ghana, who was run over under the wheels of an agricultural tractor, was imprisoned for 3 years and fined 100,000 pounds in compensation and a bail of 50,000.

The victim’s lawyer, Ahmed Hamad, said: “I will file a lawsuit for compensation against the owner of the tractor, in addition to the driver.”
The beginning was when the little girl was killed under the wheels of an agricultural tractor in the village of Shubra Al-Namla, Tanta Center in Gharbia Governorate, while the tractor was backing up, and the body was transported to the morgue.
The security services in Gharbia received a report that the body of a young girl had arrived at the hospital with various injuries.
Upon examination, it was found that the body was that of a 5-year-old girl. While she was standing behind the tractor, one of its wheels ran over her, and legal measures were taken regarding the incident.
