GameSir announced the new Swift Drive game controller during CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The device features a small steering wheel integrated in the center with high-precision force feedback, a rare feature in regular controllers, and is a spiritual successor to the JogCon controller for the PS1 in 1998.

Swift Drive has a high-precision Hall Effect encoder for ultra-precise steering, with an adjustable steering range from 30 to 1080 degrees, Hall Effect sensors in the joystick and buttons, and haptic actuators in each trigger to simulate wheel slip and braking. RGB lights light up on top to mimic in-game RPM levels, and the wheel can be customized with different pads, with auto-locking when oversteering or stalling.

In hands-on testing on the CES floor, the device provided a strong force feedback experience while driving a large truck on inclines and twisty tracks, and was described as surprisingly satisfying, as the steering is operated with the thumbs of both hands like a miniature steering wheel controller. The battery provides 20-30 hours on a single charge.

The Swift Drive is expected to go on sale later this year (2026), but the price has not yet been set.
