If you intend to go for Umrah or Hajj this year… you must take care of some important things so that you do not fall into the trap of fraudulent companies!
The first thing to do is that you must deal with approved and officially registered tourism companies, and no internet advertisements or cheap offers. Check for yourself the license and company registration from the Ministry of Tourism website or the Egyptian Umrah portal.
Take care too, do not pay a large down payment, and every amount you pay must have an official stamped receipt… and stay away from brokers and intermediaries who tell you “the procedures are easy” or “we have the cheapest prices”… most of them are Bir Al Salam companies!
Read the program contract carefully and ask for details of the trip, from accommodation and flight to transportation and visa, and take a copy of it for yourself.
