A few days before the launch date, Realme has officially confirmed a new set of details regarding the upcoming Neo8 phone. The phone is scheduled to be launched in the Chinese market on January 22, relying on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.
Through several posts on the Weibo platform, the company revealed the battery capacity and additional specifications of the device, as the phone will come with a huge battery with a capacity of 8000 mAh, an increase of 1000 mAh compared to the Neo7 phone.
Regarding protection and security factors, Realme announced that the phone supports IP66, IP68, and IP69 water and dust resistance standards, in addition to providing it with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
As for the screen, the company confirmed the adoption of the Samsung M14 OLED panel with a refresh rate of 165 Hz, while providing additional protection via Crystal Armor glass to enhance durability and resistance to scratches.

At the internal equipment level, the phone will include an X-axis linear vibration motor, ultra-linear stereo speakers, an infrared sensor, multi-angle NFC support, in addition to a dual-frequency GPS system.
The device will also run on the Realme UI 7.0 interface, with a guarantee of three years of operating system updates.
Moving on to the design and color options, the phone will be available in three colors, including violet, gray, and white.
It will also come with a triple rear camera system that supports digital zoom of up to 120x, along with an LED lighting bar on the back to add a distinctive aesthetic touch.
