Realme Neo8 specifications were leaked last week, and there was no clear information about when the phone would be announced.
But today the leaker, Digital Chat Station, revealed via Weibo that the phone is expected to be announced in January. Although more precise details are not yet available, this information shows that the wait will not be long, especially since its predecessor, the Realme Neo7, officially appeared about two weeks ago in the same period last year.

The Realme Neo8 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, while the battery comes with a capacity of 8,000 mAh, which is 1,000 mAh larger compared to the Neo7 battery. The phone relies on a metal frame with a glass back, and also includes a fingerprint sensor built under the screen with ultrasonic technology to enhance the speed and accuracy of the response.
