The New Suez City Authority recovers lands in the First Industrial District worth 24.6 million pounds

This came in a step aimed at maximizing the use of state assets and re-offering them to serve the city’s development and investment plans, and in implementation of the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, to review the position of investment lands in new cities.

This comes within the framework of preserving the state’s lands and their good management, and with coordination and support from the leadership of the General Department of Reconstruction Police.

Engineer Asmaa Makhlouf confirmed the continuation of periodic monitoring of state lands within the scope of New Suez City, and dealing decisively with cases of violation of the terms of allocation, the terms and conditions booklet, and the real estate regulations, in order to ensure the redirection of lands to serious investors, and to support comprehensive development efforts in the city.
