Oppo has already launched the Reno15 and Reno15 Pro phones in the Chinese market, but at the same time rumors continue to talk about a third version called Reno15 Pro Max, which has not been officially revealed yet. This situation may change soon, after the potential phone was spotted on the Geekbench platform with the model number CPH2811.
The phone, according to test data, is based on the same MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor used in the Reno15 and Reno15 Pro, with 12 GB of RAM in the version that appeared on the platform. The device also runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 interface from the moment of launch.
The picture becomes more ambiguous when talking about the launch plan, as it remains unclear whether Oppo intends to launch the Reno15 Pro Max exclusively in global markets. This possibility raises several questions, especially since the company did not announce it in conjunction with the rest of the series in China.
The confusion increases with a previous leak in late October that indicated that the phone would remain exclusive to the Chinese market, although model numbers starting with CPH are usually used for devices destined for markets outside China.
Moreover, previous rumors had stated that the Reno15 Pro Max would have specifications similar to those that came with the Reno15 Pro, with the exception of the processor, as it was said that it would work with the Dimensity 9400 chip, which contradicts the recent leak.
With this contradiction in information, the final details remain uncertain at the present time, but the picture will become completely clear during the coming period.
