The latest leaks indicate that Apple is preparing a new tablet in the mid-range OnePlus category, to appear as a close addition alongside the company’s recent devices such as the OnePlus 15, Ace 6, and Ace 6T, with the Ace 6T preparing to appear globally as the OnePlus 15R soon.

However, it seems that the company is also working on a new device, this time in the tablet category.

According to leaker Bald Panda, this tablet comes as a renamed version of a new model within the Oppo Pad Air series, which is expected, as most of the recent OnePlus tablets were originally re-introduced Oppo models.

According to the information, the device will have a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2.9K, while it will rely on the Qualcomm Dimensity 7300 chip, which is the same chip used in phones such as the Poco X7, CMF Phone 2 Pro, and Motorola Edge 60.

While the leaks do not reveal the final brand name of the device, all indications confirm that it will be OnePlus Pad Go 2.

The device has already appeared on Geekbench last week with the Dimensity 7300 chip, achieving more than 50% higher performance compared to the first generation OnePlus Pad Go, which was based on the Helio G99.

The leaks also indicate that the device will come in two colors: black and purple, with it expected to be launched globally on December 17 alongside the OnePlus 15R.
