It’s been more than a month since ZTE unveiled a range of new Nubia phones, and now one of these phones is starting to arrive in the market. The company has opened the door for pre-order for the Nubia Neo 5 Pro phone in the Philippines, and has also listed it on its global website, to be followed later by the Neo 5 GT and Neo 5 Max.

The Neo 5 Pro comes in the lower category compared to the GT and Max versions, but it offers suitable specifications for a gaming-oriented phone. It includes a 6.8-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, along with a 16-megapixel front camera. On the back, the phone includes a 50-megapixel main camera, supported by a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The phone relies on a 6000 mAh battery, with support for 80-watt wired charging, in addition to the bypass charging feature, which allows the phone to be powered without going through the battery while playing. The phone also runs on a Dimensity 7400 processor with a 4nm manufacturing accuracy, along with 12GB of RAM.

This processor includes eight processing cores, with a Mali-G615 MP2 graphics processor, which is the same processor used in phones such as the Motorola Edge 60 Neo and Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G. Nubia also explains that it adopts a 4083 mm² vapor chamber cooling system to maintain low temperatures during intensive use.

The price of the Nubia Neo 5 Pro starts at 14,999 Philippine pesos (about $249) for the 128 GB version, while it reaches 17,999 Philippine pesos (about $299) for the 256 GB version.
