Distributing 2,000 food cartons in preparation for Ramadan

The cartons included basic strategic commodities, including rice, sugar, oil, pasta, legumes, and dates, amid an atmosphere dominated by a spirit of community solidarity and solidarity to support deserving families before the advent of the holy month.

An expanded meeting to discuss the development of the agricultural sector in Matrouh
On the sidelines of the initiative, Major General Khaled Shuaib held an expanded meeting at the headquarters of the governorate’s general office with the head of the Desert Research Center, in the presence of the governorate’s executive leaders and members of the parliamentary body in the House of Representatives and the Senate, as well as the mayors and sheikhs of the tribes, and the directors of the directorates of agriculture and veterinary medicine.
The meeting discussed several strategic files to develop the agricultural sector in Matrouh, including supporting farmers and breeders, strengthening the animal sector through veterinary care and vaccination against epidemic diseases, in addition to implementing plans to ensure the sustainability of water and agricultural resources and providing the necessary agricultural pesticides.
Continued joint coordination between the Ministry and the Governorate
The Ministry and the governorate stressed the continuation of joint coordination to implement sustainable development plans and improve the quality of life of the Matrohi citizen, ensuring the enhancement of agricultural and livestock production and supporting the most needy families during the month of Ramadan.
