Today, Google announced what it described as a “major update” to the photo-to-video feature within the Google Photos app, where users can now have broader creative control to create short, more dynamic video clips from their photos.
The company allowed users over the age of 18 to use text commands to create videos. A customized description of the desired movement, technique or effect can be written, with the ability to easily modify and refine commands to obtain the desired result with greater precision.

If you don’t know what to write, the previous options are still available, such as Subtle Movement and I’m Feeling Lucky, in addition to adding ready-made suggestions for text commands that can be clicked to get “instant inspiration” for creating videos.
Google also explained that all videos created from images, whether using ready-made templates or custom commands, may now include sound by default to enhance the dynamic character of the resulting content.
