Late last year, famous leaker Evan Blass revealed a possible date for the Galaxy S26 series’ Galaxy Unpacked event, indicating that it might be held on February 25, 2026.

At the time, this date seemed illogical to many, especially since the last two Galaxy S series events were held in late January. Today, the picture has become clearer with the leak of the official launch date in the market.

According to a source coming from France, the Galaxy S26 series will go on sale on March 11, which confirms that this year’s Unpacked event will come noticeably later compared to previous years. Naturally, pre-orders will start before this date, but shipping the devices to users is expected to begin coinciding with the launch date in the market.

As usual, the series will include three main models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.

On the other hand, rumors circulating so far indicate that Samsung may end the short existence of the Edge series, and continue to focus on the Plus version within its next lineup.
