Eufy is now selling the E20 Motion Sensor in Europe, after its recent launch in the U.S. The Eufy E20 Motion Sensor has been launched in one European country. This gadget from Anker’s sub-brand, which launches in markets like the US in 2025 (currently $34.99 at Amazon), is designed to be used as a launcher for other smart home devices.
The E20 motion sensor can be used indoors or outdoors with a 90 degree field of view. When installed at a height between 1.8 and 2.3 meters (6.0 and 7.5 feet), it can detect motion up to 8 meters (26 feet) away. It should be noted that this product requires an Eufy HomeBase, with compatible models such as the HomeBase Mini and HomeBase 3. This allows you to manage the device remotely via the brand’s app, through which you can also get motion detection notifications.
The Eufy E20 motion sensor has a communication range of up to 200 meters (about 656 feet) outdoors, for more flexible placement options. Anker points out that it is relatively easy to install, whether on the wall or in the corner. Additionally, it is a battery-powered device (CR123A, 1,400 mAh), with an estimated battery life of five years.
