How to add a Facebook business page to your professional Instagram account:
Facebook recommends that its users who have business pages on Facebook link them to their Instagram accounts to benefit from the professional tools it offers, including:
- Promote posts and stories.
- Create and run ads to appear on both platforms.
- Advertising from a Facebook page with the ability to reach more people on Instagram.
- Being able to use the payment method you use on Facebook on Instagram
- Manage messages across Instagram and Facebook from a unified inbox.
- Sync business contact information, and edit contact information for both accounts from one account.
Before adding a Facebook page to your Instagram account, make sure to convert your Instagram account to a business account, and you must also be an admin of the page you want to connect to, then follow these steps:
- Go to your Instagram account.
- Choose (Edit Account) Edit Profile.
- Under the Public Business Information section, click on the Page option.
- Choose one of your pages that you would like to connect to, or choose Create a New Facebook Page.
