It’s been six months since reMarkable announced the Paper Pro Move, a compact, pen-enabled e-reader aimed at users on the go. However, it seems that the company is now preparing to launch a fifth device in its series.

The famous leaker, Evan Blass, revealed, through a post on the X platform, that reMarkable is working on a new tablet that is expected to be released during the second quarter of this year. According to the leak, the device will be called reMarkable Paper Pure.

It is said that this new model will target a wider segment of users, compared to the company’s current devices such as Paper Pro and Paper Pro Move, which indicates a more mass trend rather than focusing on the higher priced or more specialized category.

No technical specifications for the device have been revealed yet, but when it is launched, it will enter into direct competition with other devices in the same category, such as the Kindle Scribe and some modern BOOX models.
