70mai has unveiled the new 4K A810S dual-channel dash cam in the global market, equipped with its “Night Owl Vision” technology. The camera features 4K recording, a 3-inch IPS display, AI motion detection, built-in GPS, Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), and WiFi 6 connectivity for high-speed data transfer.
70mai has officially launched its latest dash cam, 4K A810S, in the global market. The company’s latest offering comes as a direct successor to the 4K A810, which debuted last year. It brings notable upgrades in terms of features and video quality. More precisely, the camera now captures video at up to 4K resolution at 30 frames per second, thanks to the Sony IMX678 sensor based on Sony’s latest Starvis 2 technology.
This is the same sensor found in the premium 70mai 4K camera T800, which we recently reviewed. Furthermore, the new 4K A810S now supports Buffered Emergency Recording, which was missing from its predecessor. This feature provides up to 3 minutes of pre-impact recording and 30 seconds of post-impact recording.
Like its other siblings, the A810S also comes with 70mai’s internal ‘Night Owl Vision’ technology, which is said to provide superior night-time clarity. Moreover, there is the “70mai Lumi Vision” technology that ensures clear visibility around the car even in almost complete darkness, as 70mai mentioned in its press release.
Interestingly, the dual-channel dash cam has a built-in ADAS system, which is said to provide audible alerts for lane departure, front vehicle distance, and pedestrian alertness. In addition to the front camera, there is also a rear camera, which provides footage at a resolution of up to 1080p HDR at 30 frames per second. The company offers a choice between the RC24 internal rear camera or the RC23 external backup camera.
The rest of the notable features include GPS support, Smart Parking Guardian mode, AI motion detection, time-lapse recording, 24-hour parking monitoring, multi-language voice control, and 5GHz WiFi 6 connectivity for high-speed data transfer of up to 40MB/s. Moreover, it comes with a large 3-inch IPS LCD display and features app-based controls.
Interested buyers can now purchase the 70mai 4K A810S camera via the official 70mai website for a starting price of $199.
