Hisham Nasr, Vice President of Zamalek Club, revealed the secret of the team’s return to positive results during the recent period, despite going through stifling crises on the economic level.

Hisham Nasr, who will be a guest on the Stars program during Ramadan, said: “Our lead in the league comes thanks to God and then the unlimited support of the fans. There is also pure intention among the players, and all of this put us in that position and we hope to continue doing so.”

The Vice President of the Zamalek Club adds: “The Zamalek Club always finds solutions to the crises it faces, and the evidence is what we see now. 7 players from the youth sector in Zamalek have proven their quality and ability to help the team in the future, despite the difficulties that are still present, the youth sector has produced distinguished players for us.”
He continued: “Despite the financial difficulties in Zamalek, there are great players in the youth sector. One of the solutions we have resorted to is to rely on young players in light of the financial crisis that we are suffering from. We must thank Badr Hamed, head of the youth sector. We have not secured many deals from outside the club. We have a basic structure and great players for the future.”
Hisham Nasr continued: “Zamalek is going against logic. Despite all the crises, the team is at the top of the league and is victorious over Pyramids and Zed before it with a wonderful technical performance. This is the result of clear work. We believe in John Edward’s experience, and it is not natural for everyone to agree on one thing.”

He continued: “John Edward was the one who insisted on playing the League Cup tournament with young players, and the result was to fill the gaps and difficulties that we faced by promoting 7 young players to play with the first team.”
