The first women’s volleyball team concluded with Nadi Zamalek, His participation in the group stage of the Club World Championship held in Brazil from December 9 to 16, after losing to Orlando of the United States with a score of 3-0 at the conclusion of his group matches.

The results of the rounds were as follows:
- First half: Zamalek lost to Orlando with a score of 21/25
Second half: Zamalek lost to Orlando with a score of 16/25
Third half: Zamalek lost to Orlando with a score of 24/26

Zamalek did not succeed in booking a qualification ticket to the next round after suffering three consecutive defeats in the group stage against the Brazilian Praia Club, the Italian Prosecco Conegliano and the American Orlando, all with the same score of 3-0.
The list of Zamalek participating in the tournament included:
Noura Azmi, Dalia Al-Morshedy, Sabine Abed, Aysel Nadim, Taqa Allah Medhat, Nada Morgan, Hana Tamer, Farida Al-Zarqa, Maryam Tharwat, Marwa Magdy, Maryam Mamdouh, Farida Al-Hanawi, Farah Al-Aidi, and the professional Mattia Majdik.
It is noteworthy that Zamalek’s participation in the Club World Cup came after it won the African Women’s Volleyball Championship at the expense of Al-Ahly last April, in a historic achievement that led to its first appearance in the World Championship.
