Controls for March exams for transfer students… announced by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, whereby monthly exams are prepared at the level of each educational department through the first subject instructor to ensure uniformity of evaluation standards among students.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education affirmed that educational departments bear full responsibility for preparing, printing, and photocopying March exam papers, without placing any financial burden on schools or parents, within the framework of achieving justice and reducing burdens on families.
The Central Administration of Public Education sent an official letter to the educational directorates explaining the following controls:
1- Central preparation for exams
Monthly tests are prepared at the level of each educational department by the first subject instructor to ensure uniformity of evaluation standards among students.
2- Three exam models
Preparing three equivalent models for each academic subject to reduce cheating and achieve equal opportunities.
3- Full responsibility of departments
Educational departments are responsible for photocopying and printing the entire exams without any burden on the schools.
4- Timing of exams
It is held during the second period of the school day, in half a period or a full period according to the relative weight of each subject.
5- Adherence to specifications
Full compliance with the technical specifications of the approved examination paper.
6- Sources of questions: school book and evaluations
All questions are from the textbook and assessment booklet only, with the exam maker being held responsible for any violation.
7- Accurate follow-up
Assigning general mentors to follow up on implementation within schools.
