He explained in statements to the official website of the Basketball Federation that the Burj Al Arab Hall possesses all the elements that guarantee the success of any tournament, in light of the availability of a main court and a reserve court, in addition to the technical and logistical equipment that keeps pace with the requirements of continental and international championships, indicating that the hall deserves to host more major events during the coming period.
He added that the organizing committee was keen to adhere to all standards approved by the International Basketball Federation, while providing the best atmosphere for the participating teams and delegations, ensuring that the qualifiers would emerge in a way that reflects Egypt’s organizational status.
Muharram invited the fans of Alexandria Governorate to come and support the national team in its journey in the qualifiers, stressing that the support of the fans represents an essential element in motivating the players to achieve the desired goal.
He pointed out that entry is free for fans, as part of the federation’s keenness to provide the opportunity for the largest possible number of fans to support the national team during this important stage.
