Two people were injured in a well collapse accident inside agricultural land in the village of Arab Mutair in Al-Fath Center, next to Al-Omda Mosque in Assiut Governorate.
Major General Wael Nassar, Assiut Security Director, received a notification from the Rescue Operations Room stating that the accident had occurred, and the security services and ambulances immediately moved to the location of the report. The accident resulted in the injury of: Ashraf Abu Deif Saleh, 40 years old, in a complete coma, and Abdel Hafeez Hashem Muhammad, 47 years old, with a fracture in the left knee.
The injured were transferred to New Assiut Hospital to receive the necessary medical care, and the necessary legal measures were taken regarding the incident.
