Holds final Arab Cup There is an exceptional character between the Jordanian and Moroccan teams, which is not limited only to the competition inside the green rectangle, but extends to the symbolism, history and intertwined stories that make the confrontation one of the most special Arab finals.
Two Moroccan coaches make history in the Arab Cup final between Jordan and Morocco
The striking irony is that the coaches in the final are Moroccan; The Jordanian national team is led by coach Jamal Al-Salami, one of the prominent Moroccan names, in an unprecedented historical achievement for Al-Nashami, while the Moroccan national team is coached by Tariq Al-Saktiwi, trying to return the title to the “Atlas Lions” coffers.
The Jordanian national team achieved a historic achievement by qualifying for the Arab Cup final for the first time in its history, after a strong march and great matches in which it proved its ability to compete with the continent’s greats, as the best previous achievement for the Nashama team was fourth place in 1988, before the current generation succeeded in breaking the barrier and reaching the final scene, carrying the aspirations of an entire people.
On the other hand, the Moroccan national team is competing in the Arab Final for the second time in its history, having previously won the title in 2012, and hopes to regain its glories and confirm its position as one of the most prominent Arab teams, especially in light of the balanced performance and tactical discipline it demonstrated during its journey in the tournament.
The final does not represent just a match for a title, but rather a clash between a Jordanian dream being born for the first time, a Moroccan ambition seeking to establish dominance, and between coaches from the same school, with different colors and unified ideas, so that the question remains open: Will history smile at Jordan for the first time? Or will the cup return to Morocco again?
